Traditional
Financing vs. American Business Fund
Traditional debt
financing for middle market companies are either asset based or balance sheet
driven. While these evaluation techniques are appropriate for many
companies, companies in their early stages of growth often do not qualify.
American Business Fund ("ABF") serves this
market by providing alternative growth capital to these entrepreneurs by
utilizing innovative financing sources. As an incubator of sorts for small
businesses, ABF is able to financially engineer capital structures that
allows for many companies who do not fit into the traditional financing "box"
get the necessary growth capital.
