  Who We Are...

American Business Fund ("ABF") was founded by finance professionals to promote and finance the growth of U.S. domestic companies.

As a financial fund, ABF utilizes its resources to provide senior debt, subordinated/mezzanine debt, as well as equity and venture financing.

ABF leverages its relationship with financial institutions as well as non-traditional financing sources (i.e. tax credits, private capital) to give its customers flexible long term growth capital.

The industries served include healthcare, apparel manufacturing, fleet management, communications, construction, energy, aviation, infrastructure and equipment, as well as many others.

Traditional Financing vs. American Business Fund

Traditional debt financing for middle market companies are either asset based or balance sheet driven.  While these evaluation techniques are appropriate for many companies, companies in their early stages of growth often do not qualify.

American Business Fund ("ABF") serves this market by providing alternative growth capital to these entrepreneurs by utilizing innovative financing sources.  As an incubator of sorts for small businesses, ABF is able to financially engineer capital structures that allows for many companies who do not fit into the traditional financing "box" get the necessary growth capital.
